Product Description

　　Steel-fiber-reinforced wear-resistant high-alumina bricks are made from corundum and premium-grade bauxite as the primary raw materials, combined with an appropriate amount of heat-resistant stainless steel fibers. These bricks are produced through high-pressure molding followed by medium-temperature heat treatment. This product exhibits excellent toughness, along with superior resistance to thermal and mechanical shocks, while maintaining dimensional stability and outstanding thermal shock resistance. It has been widely used in critical areas such as cement kiln front and rear nozzles, coolers, and kiln linings—and its performance surpasses that of phosphate-bonded wear-resistant high-alumina bricks as well as steel-fiber castables.
