Product Description

　　Steel-fiber-reinforced wear-resistant high-alumina bricks are manufactured using corundum and premium-grade bauxite as the primary raw materials, combined with an appropriate amount of heat-resistant stainless steel fibers. The bricks undergo high-pressure molding followed by medium-temperature heat treatment. This product exhibits excellent toughness, as well as strong resistance to thermal and mechanical shocks, while maintaining dimensional stability and superior thermal shock resistance. They have been widely used in critical areas such as cement kiln front and rear nozzles, coolers, and kiln linings—and consistently deliver better performance compared to phosphate-bonded wear-resistant high-alumina bricks and steel-fiber castables.
