Product Description

The steel fiber castable for melting furnaces is custom-designed specifically for melting and holding furnaces, intended for monolithic casting of the furnace roof. It replaces traditional rockwool-based furnace roofs as well as conventional castable options. This product features a carefully selected, scientifically formulated blend of raw materials tailored to address the unique challenges of lower furnace temperatures, where roof materials are prone to poor sintering and limited durability. After application, it achieves excellent sintering strength, superior thermal stability, and outstanding resistance against gas flow erosion and spalling—effectively extending the service life of the furnace roof.
