Refractory Materials Series for Iron-Making Furnaces

As a critical vessel for storing and mixing molten iron, the torpedo car is subjected to significant gravitational forces and chemical erosion from both the molten iron and slag. Based on the operating conditions and failure mechanisms of the torpedo car lining, our plant has developed and produced refractory materials specifically designed for torpedo car linings. These materials boast outstanding properties, including high mechanical strength, excellent slag resistance, dense microstructure, superior thermal shock resistance, and minimal post-burning linear change.
