Product Description

　　New high-load softening and low-creep refractory bricks have been developed for the fire channel walls of roasting furnaces. According to China Aluminum Corporation Zhengzhou Nonferrous Metals Research Institute Co., Ltd., this innovative product addresses critical shortcomings of existing refractory materials, including low load softening temperatures, insufficient high-temperature flexural strength, significant dimensional shrinkage leading to extensive wall cracking during use, and excessive high-temperature creep. Moreover, these advanced refractory bricks enhance heat conduction within the fire channel walls, boosting thermal storage efficiency while simultaneously reducing fuel consumption. As a result, they not only improve the quality of anode carbon blocks but also make it possible to shorten the flame cycle in roasting furnaces. By cutting down on fuel usage during the roasting process, these bricks also extend the service life of the furnace’s refractory lining—making them the next-generation solution for refractory applications in roasting furnaces today.
