Product Description

　　This product is primarily designed as an energy-saving and heat-insulating solution aimed at addressing the issue of excessively high furnace wall temperatures and significant heat loss in firebrick furnaces. The main approach involves replacing the top layer of shelf bricks on the firebrick walls with lightweight, mullite-based insulation material that has a bulk density of 1.5 g/cm³. These specially crafted insulation bricks boast a refractoriness exceeding 1750°C, allowing them to withstand direct exposure to flames. Above the insulation bricks sits a composite prefabricated refractory block. By implementing these measures, not only is the furnace surface temperature effectively reduced—minimizing thermal radiation exposure for operators and boosting overall production efficiency—but the quality of the anodes is also improved, while fuel consumption during the anode baking process is significantly cut down. As a result, the initiative enhances both operational performance and economic returns across the board.
