Product Description

　　This anti-permeation brick can be used as a cathode barrier layer in aluminum electrolytic cells. Its primary function is to prevent the Na, NaF, and cryolite melt from further penetrating into the insulation layer, thereby protecting the insulation from erosion and ensuring its long-lasting thermal performance. This, in turn, helps maintain the cell's structural integrity over time. The product is primarily made from aluminosilicate minerals and high-alumina bauxite, with the addition of carefully selected additives and binders. It boasts exceptional fire resistance and outstanding anti-permeation properties, making it highly beneficial for extending the service life of aluminum electrolytic cells.
