Product Description

　　Currently, in the anode baking furnaces used for carbon product manufacturing, the top of the furnace fire channel walls is constructed by placing precast blocks made from refractory castables directly onto the furnace walls. However, since the castable blocks currently in use are prefabricated using materials with a bulk density exceeding 2.2 g/cm³, they exhibit relatively high thermal conductivity—meaning heat transfers more easily through them—resulting in elevated temperatures on the furnace surface.

　　The composite insulated and refractory roof panel for the roasting furnace features a high-strength castable material with exceptional fire resistance, specifically designed for use in high-temperature zones, while non-high-temperature areas are reinforced with a high-strength insulating castable material having a bulk density of no more than 1.5 g/cm³. Its standout feature is its ability to enhance heat retention efficiency during the roasting process, significantly reducing fuel consumption and lowering the furnace surface temperature. By minimizing the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the furnace, this design not only improves the quality of the anode carbon blocks but also cuts down on fuel usage during roasting—resulting in a substantial reduction of labor intensity for operators.
