Product Description

Refractory castables primarily include standard, lightweight, low-cement, and ultra-low-cement product lines. Depending on their distinct characteristics, they are used for:

A. Blast furnace hot blast stove system, ladle refining equipment, lifting tube linings, pre-treatment of hot metal, and oxygen/hydrogen-lance systems for steelmaking.

B. Steelmaking and rolling systems, including the electric furnace roof, electrode hole triangular area, steel ladle, reheating furnace, and soaking furnace. Also includes refractory lining for heat treatment furnaces, precast water-cooled slide blocks, flame-port burners, and flame-diverting nozzles.

C. Cement rotary kilns, cooling cylinder linings, float glass tank top and bottom linings, petroleum cracking reactors, high-temperature wear-resistant linings, as well as high-temperature lining materials used in synthetic ammonia plants and gasifiers, among others.
